All In-Stock products purchased from ORENZO USA are subject to pre-approval, except Custom Pieces. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, notify ORENZO USA within two (2) business days of receipt to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase, and we will work with you to coordinate your return for a refund, credit or exchange. The following conditions apply:

All returns must be authorized by ORENZO USA. Returns must be handled in accordance with ORENZO USA shipping instructions and include a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)which will be provided by ORENZO USA Customer Service. Merchandise returns without written approval by ORENZO USA will not be accepted and will be returned to the shipper at the customer’s expense.
Unless there is an issue with product quality or in-transit freight damage, returns are subject to the following fees: restocking fee of 25% of the net value, applicable handling and packaging fees, storage fees, repair fees and return shipping costs. Outbound shipping or other fees are non-refundable.
No returns will be accepted on a product that has been installed, altered,  or damaged.
All approved returns must be received within 30 days from the date of the RMA issue date. Any product received after 30 days, or in a condition other than brand new, will not be accepted.

Return Policy for Custom Made Items:

No returns will be accepted on Custom Made items and Special Orders. All deposits on Custom Made products and Special Orders are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that you need to file a claim, notify ORENZO USA within two (2) business days of receipt to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. No returns will be accepted on a product that has been installed, altered or damaged.
